We at Tales From A Southern Mom had the pleasure of working with Brittanies Thyme Organic Products. All of Brittanie’s Thyme products are USDA certified organic.
The best part of these products in my opinion is the price point. When you look at an all-organic product the price is almost always prohibitive, and I am so glad this is not the case with these. I was sent the Organic Citrus Facial Cleanser, the Organic Everyday Moisturizer and the Organic Restorative Facial Serum.
I have sensitive skin and I was very worried about having problems when using these products, but I am happy to report that I had no reactions to any of the products.
The cleanser was very smooth and felt nice on my face; it was a great cleanser and after I rinsed it off my skin felt smooth and supple, there was not a dry, tight feeling as you get with some cleansers. The smell was not floral or fruity but rather earthy. I used it morning and night for 7 days and loved the way my skin felt at the end of the week.
The moisturizer was not too heavy, it did not feel like I was putting cream on my face but more of a lotion feel, it was light and yet it seemed to infuse moisture into my skin. I love the texture of it; it was soft and silky feeling. When I applied it to my skin, it did not leave me shiny and that is always appreciated.
The serum was rather like an oil treatment that you would put on your face and neck before bed, it was very warm feeling, I wish there was another word to describe it but that is how it felt. I did not see miraculous wrinkle disappearing but it did make my skin feel nice.
I love these products, I love what they stand for, I love what they are doing with making organics more affordable, and I really love how committed they are to making sure what goes in your skin is pure.
Check out their website here, I think you will find some really neat things that you and your family would enjoy as well.

April 1, 2014 at 11:11 pmI use organic beauty products sometimes. But I find a lot of the lotions are watery or just don’t smell right.

March 29, 2014 at 9:55 pmI don’t usually use organic products because of the cost, but these do sound nice. I like that the cleanser does not leave your face feeling “tight”. I also have sensitive skin and am glad to hear you had no reaction to it. Thanks for the review!
