I Love Mam Baby {Review + Giveaway}

I was given two different products to test out and review for Mam Baby. I received the MAM Learn to Drink Cup and the MAM Anti-Colic 5oz infant bottle.

MAM Anti-Colic 5oz Infant Bottle

So far, the MAM Anti-Colic 5oz infant bottle is the easier bottle to feed my 2 month old son with. I’ve tried generic brands and another name brand bottle as well. He really struggled with the other name brand bottle and the generic brands had a flow that was too fast for him. My 2 month old son is already prone to spitting up a lot, so when it goes down way too fast, it all just comes back up. Formula doesn’t stay down well regardless of which bottle I use. Breastmilk is easier to digest, so placing pumped breast milk in the MAM Anti-Colic 5oz infant bottle is the best way to bottle feed him. He could probably take breastmilk from the generic bottles, but the other name brand bottle was very difficult for him to get milk out of so it frustrated him and he threw a fit. Regardless, I still prefer the MAM bottle because it just makes bottle feeding/life easier when I’m on the go. It’s easier for him to pace himself with the MAM bottle and it gives me time to burp him more often between each ounce. He spits up a lot, and burping him often helps the milk stay down.

MAM Learn to Drink Cup

MAM Baby Learn to Drink Cup
MAM has got me hooked. My two month old’s paci is a MAM paci. The anti-colic bottle makes life easier, and they’re winning my vote on their sippy cups. Finding the right sippy cup frustrates me more than anything. I can purchase a brand new anti-leak cup and it will get damaged within a week or so and leak everywhere. Especially the sippy cups with the soft plastic spouts that are made out of the same material as baby bottle nipples. Older kids with teeth tend to chew on their cups and within a week they’ve torn up the spout. Thank you MAM for understanding that older toddlers need a hard spout instead of a soft plastic spout!

The pieces in the lid that prevent the cup from leaking can be slightly difficult to clean, but I find it easier to clean than other lids. There are some lids that are simply impossible to clean by hand. I don’t have a dishwasher so I need to be able to clean the lid by hand. The lid is very easy to clean with a toothpick and a bottle brush, and a bottle brush will easily clean the cup. After a month of my son using the MAM Learn to Drink Cup (9oz), the cup is still going strong and remains leak-free!
