We put Chia Seeds in smoothies, puddings, yogurts, oatmeal and so much more. And along comes Mamma Chia products – so many new products that I never knew existed…
Chia seeds are a terrific source of Omega 3s, a perfect source for fiber, a complete protein and a rich source for antioxidants. My favorite reason for incorporating them into my diet is the fiber. Both my daughter and I need to add as much fiber to our diet as possible. All the other reasons are simply an added bonus for us. These are so great tasting, you wont know they are good for you! The more we get into our diet the better off we all are.
