    Think of fruits and veggies as an entree, not just a side dish. Love this! I always try to make them the starof the plate

    Tip When kids fill up on the right stuff—high-nutrient foods—they’ll have less room in their bellies for sugary drinks, chips, candy, and highly processed desserts.
