I have a constant battle, kids want gummy bears,I don’t want them to eat junk. They love the ease of these candy  things for some reason and I am still just so much on the fence of, I wonder if there is any fruit at all in those. I have had this battle for a while now, and I always error on the side of caution and lead them to a different snack.

Now, I have found the answer to my dilemma. Yummy Earth. That is the best answer. I love this product so much, that they are vegan, that they are not sticky like some other ones and they have no gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, or artificial colors or dyes, they are also fat free. They have no high fructose corn syrup, this I am really happy about as HFCS is something we avoid at all costs here.
You can see all of the ingredients listed here.

These have one of the best things going for them that a lot of “healthy” snacks may not have, these taste amazing! They are fresh and fruity tasting they are well-formed and have a great mouth feel. The kids love them and I love how easy they are to throw into the diaper bag or my purse to take with us. The YummyEarth fruit snacks are also totally free from tree-nuts and peanuts. The plants they make them in do not produce anything with tree nuts or peanuts, so there is not even a worry of cross contamination.gummypackage

Just when you thought it could not get any better, I have even more exciting news! YumEarth products are colored naturally with fruits, vegetables and roots (NO FOOD DYE #4 or #5 or Blue Lake) how amazing.

It baffles me why more products are not made this way as YummyEarth has shown that it is possible to do so and still make a very good tasting product. We all should support companies that go to these lengths to make a candy that is great for our kids that they want to eat. You can even buy them online at many places, including the YumEarth Organics website.

The next time your kids want the “other” gummy bears in the grocery, have an alternative, just give them a bag of YumEarth Organics bears or worms from your purse or diaper bag.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
