Have you use silicone cupcake liners yet? I have used a silicone pan before and I really liked it as it was an intricate butterfly design and it made removing the pan so much easier. I recently reviewed the Brighids Silicone Cupcake Liners and I just loved them. I often don’t make cupcakes or muffins as I don’t often remember to buy paper liners, now I don’t have to worry anymore about that issue.
There are multiple benefits to using silicone cupcake liners and Brighids are some of the best out there. One of my favorites benefits is the sustainability issue and not having to throw away and buy (or in my case remember) to buy the paper liners. You do not have to worry about greasing or oiling the pans, clean up is so easy, you just use them eat your muffins or cupcakes and then put them in warm soapy water, they come clean very fast and without scrubbing.
I love that they are freezer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven safe, using these to put yogurt in to freeze or to make jello with intrigues me. we are often making our own things like that because of multiple food allergies and these make small individual portions that we can easily remove the liners from after freezing and store in a bigger container.
You can make muffins in these for dinner and if you have leftovers you can just store them in the liners and then re heat in the same liners, no more making a ton of dishes dirty! If it saves me time and work I am all for that!
You do not have to change anything when you bake with the liners, you don’t have to change your recipes or alter the temperature you can just bake as usual. They are so easy to store and keep in your cupboard, they just fit anywhere.
One of the things that I really liked about the Brighids was the vibrant colors and how cute they look. They also fit perfectly in my regular muffin pan.
.
- Pans heat quickly and bake evenly with no burnt or dark edges or bottom.
- Bake, store, freeze and reheat right in the pans.
- No rusting or staining.
- No need to alter your batter or temperature – bake as usual.
- Cleanup is a breeze.
- Lightweight and perfect for a camper or RV.
- Storing is easy – although they do not easily nest, no special attention is required and they retain their shape.
- Do not use knives or sharp objects – they could damage your pans.
- Never use on an open flame or on stovetop burners.
You can get them on Amazon and the price is pretty awesome too, I am going to buy at least one more set as I found with a regular cake mix you need at least 24 liners. If you want to bake cupcakes or muffins often or want to bake often Brighids are the silicone liners to get, they worked really well.
