If you have ever had bad sore muscles, you know that sometimes there is no getting away from the pain. I remember when my grandmother had arthritis in her knee, she would use that smelly ointment that would make it feel better, which was great for her to feel better but everything around her smelled of that cream.
When Zim’s contacted me about reviewing their Max-Freeze, a product that did the same thing, I was hesitant, I needed the relief but I was not real excited about smelling like my grandmother and I was also a little concerned about the ingredients inside the products.
They sent me two products, the Max-Freeze Continuous spray and the roll on Max-Freeze, both products are meant for relief of
- Sore Muscles & Muscle Sprains
- Back, Shoulder, Neck Pain
- Painful Ankle, Knee, Hip & Elbow Joints
- Muscular Strains
Now, I have muscle aches daily because I have fibromyalgia and every time I do something that strains things a little bit I am sore for a week. This last time I did it pretty good and I had a sore shoulder for a whole week. Then I remembered that I had the Max-Freeze! What a relief to know I had something to try.
My husband applied the roll-on to my shoulder and I waited for that awful smell to come, but to my surprise it did not smell bad at all and the smell dissipated really quickly. It was not long before I felt the cold sensation and within minutes the pain was gone. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I was amazed that the Max-Freeze worked that quickly and that it did not smell.
I had looked at the ingredients and was glad to know it was camphor, menthol, aloe and arnica extract. Pretty simple ingredients that worked well for me and I did not have to worry about any interactions with current medications, did not have an issue with the smell because it was no existant. The pain was not on my mind anymore that was gone. One of the things I really loved about the Max-Freeze was the ability to just roll it on and not have to squeeze it out and get it all over hands and everything else. I am keeping this around, all of the adults in the family have used it for various ailments and we all had the same great result!
You can purchase Zim’s Max Freeze on their website, or you can go to their store locator to find it local to you. Both products sell for $9.99 and with the cost of pain pills this is a much better deal!
