    I am going to have to say one of our favorites is Chicken Parmesan. I also like to bake the chicken with bread crumbs and serve with gravy and stuffing.

    I love making Burnt Breaded Pork Loin. Funny story, my great uncle made breaded pork loins and he accidentally burnt them but they turned out better than the non-burned ones because of the crispiness.
