When I have salad I usually have ranch dressing, once in a while I have bleu cheese, but mostly its ranch.  That was until I was given the opportunity to try this fabulous sauce called Seponifiq Bread and Lettuce Sauce.

Chef Sharla created Sepo Sauce – a well-balanced, versatile sauce featuring a garlicky tang and hint of grated horseradish. She then offered it to family and friends, who raved about its flavor and encouraged her to jar it and share with the world. Taking their advice, Sharla perfected her recipe and made this one-of-a-kind sauce, dip, spread, and dressing available to everyone.  Look at all of the things you can use this with:

French FriesTempura VeggiesGarlic Bread

That is a lot of things you can use this one versatile sauce on.  We put it on top of our usual garlic butter spread before broiling the bread and it really kicked the garlic bread up a notch.  We often get so used to doing the same old thing and don’t get out of our comfort zone to try the new products that are out there for us.  I know with this being so easy to incorporate into different recipes and foods, this is going to always be in our refrigerator.

The best thing I used it for was a dip for steamed veggies.  Its is amazing! There are just a million different things you want to try it on.  The Sepo sauce is clean tasting, creamy but has a bit more bite and flavor than plain mayo or ranch dressing.  The texture is similar to mayo but a thinner version that spreads thinly or heavily very easily depending on your preference.  It does have a little bit of horseradish flavor in it that it has a hot flavor profile, but not peppery hot, and not overly so, just enough to give it tremendous depth.  Try this stuff out, I think you will find that before you know it your jar will be empty!
