Have you ever been out and about and get a headache? I seem to have that happen quite often, the kids in the car, the music, the people in the stores, all of it just brings on the pain for me.

I sometimes remember to put a couple of pills in my purse, then comes the task of finding the pills and finding something to drink. I don’t know if you ever tried trying to take a couple of pain pills at a drinking fountain, but I am here to tell you is it is difficult.

First Aid Shot Therapy

I was beyond excited to get to try the new F.A.S.T. products.  This stands for first aid shot therapy, and these little bottles are perfect to throw in your diaper bag, your purse, or in your suitcase for travel.  You don’t need water, you don’t need to store tiny pills, and best of all the medicine gets into your bloodstream faster than pills.

I cannot tell you have thrilled I am with this new product, they have one for heartburn, pain, hangover and cold, which covers most of the common ails that happen when you are out and about.  You can purchase these great shots at a Safeway store near you!

I was also really thrilled that these new liquid medications have full dose adult strength in a liquid form, so if you are one that has a difficult time swallowing pills these are the perfect.  I have had friends who end up chewing pain medicine because they just cannot swallow a pill without gagging. F.A.S.T. solves that problem.

One of the things that appealed to me as a parent and grand parent was that F.A.S.T. are single dosed and measured out already.  We had an incidence where my husband was very sick with a cold and took a whole bottle of cold medicine with him to work.  The problem was that he could not read the small print on the bottle and took three times the dose.  I would feel comfortable leaving these for my 93-year-old grandmother and sending them to work with my husband without worrying that they would take too much or too little.  You also would not have left over pills in an opened bottle for a child to possibly get into.  We all know that no matter how careful we are kids do get into things.

I think these F.A.S.T. shots are great I think that using them on the go makes it so much easier to treat pain or an upset stomach without needing to take pills with us.  You can find out where to buy the new F.A.S.T. at their store locator on their website.
