Naturelle Living Bamboo Cutting Board

I love how thick this cutting board is and how convenient it is with a handle on it.  I have taken to buying thin plastic cutting boards, and I had forgotten what it was like to have a cutting board that was really meant to be used for chopping and prepping.

With the deep groove all the way around it, even if I am chopping just washed lettuce the water does not just settle or run all over the floor it easily goes into the groove for much less mess.  It reminds me of one my mom had for years when I was a little girl.

It is very simple to use and provides a very stable surface for cutting all of my fruits and vegetables, and as long as you don’t soak it in water or put it in the dishwasher you should have this cutting board for life.  It fits so easily in my cupboard, but honestly it is so beautiful looking that I leave it out on my counter most days.

This is a perfect size for most jobs and when cutting things and because it is thick I easily put a paper plate right next to it and just slide the cut portions off to that side.  It makes the job of prepping for dinner  so much easier and more enjoyable.

The cutting board measures 15 inches x 9.5 inches x 0.7 inches, which is plenty big enough for most jobs that I do in my kitchen.

I really liked that I could slice some cheese and a couple of apples and leave it all on the cutting board for serving with some crackers, it is nice to not have to dirty another platter to serve to my guests.  This would make a great gift for a wedding, housewarming or even Christmas!
