collagedotcom_logoWhen it comes to getting gifts to give my grandmothers who are both over 90 it is very difficult to figure out!  I know they love pictures of my kids and my grandkids but how many frames can they really have hanging around.  My one grandmother has 42 grandchildren alone not counting great and great great grand kids that is a lot of wall space.

I was so thrilled when  I was able to review these great photo calendars and photo books from Collage.com, I made a calendar for each and I gave them each a photo book.  I think one of the things we have lost with the digital camera age is that we don’t have those snapshots of all of the little things that kids do everyday, not the portraits we have taken but the funny faces the first time they try food, or the cute way they sleep just like mom and dad, those moments are captured but, people who are not social media savvy don’t ever see them.

I love to take pictures of my grand kids, I have so many on my phone that I have now had to put them on different flash drives to keep them safe as my phone was so slow I could hardly make a call, add all of my blog photos in there and it was very difficult to keep up with them all.

This year for Christmas I downloaded all of the pictures that were on my drives, my kids gave me all of theirs and we made huge photo books for both of my grandmothers.  They were over the moon excited, they get to look at the kids any time they want, they are neatly bound and have no way to slip out or get lost, they loved the books.

Collage.com gave me the options of having them put the pictures in the books or I could make each page individually.  I had a lot of pictures and doing it page by page was not something I had time for, but if you wanted to do a first birthday book or a through the years book you have that option as well.

The books came quickly, Collage.com let me know when they were shipped and followed up to make sure that I got them.  I did make some other things on another site, but these were far superior and my experience was just so much easier.  If you are looking to make a great gift for anyone that loves pictures, go to Collage.com and they can get you just what you are looking for.
