      Yum

I am lucky enough to be old enough to remember vinyl albums.  There were so many great albums in my youth and I loved having the time to be able to listen to them in my room.  Something about the sound of a vinyl record just brings me back to the time of yesteryear.

To me the sound of a record made me think that it was like that in the studio when it was recorded.  It made me think of what it was like to watch a group record an album. It is just a whole different sound the scratchiness, and the roughness just was something special.

The 1byone Belt Drive turntable is really a neat, my young kids were not quite sure what to think of the thing. The 1byone turntable comes built inside a luggage style case and the exterior is made of PU leather, I got the bright blue color and it is a vibrant color.

On the bottom side there are rubber feet to prevent the turntable from sliding, this was so nice to have as it prevents the player from scratching up the table you have it set on. On the front side there is a metal buckle, a handle and two speakers, it is nice that you can have it all in one contained place.

It’s a great lightweight, portable player, that is easy to move from place to place.  It plays 33 / 45 / 78 RPMs I think these are the only speeds you can be used for records, so it will cover all of your needs.

If you are ready to play your vinyl records again and listen to music that way it was in the “old” days and show the kids what music used to sound like before the digital age, this is a great little record player to get. Check it out at Amazon!

I am going to save up and get this as a surprise “thank you” gift for my mom. It is so cool that vinyl has made a big comeback in recent years. My mom has got the most amazing record collection. She deserves a pretty new player like this one.

I would love one of these! They remind me of a turntable I had growing up.
