Where do you buy your dog’s food?  I used to always buy it at the grocery store when I did my weekly shopping, little did I know that shopping for her food at the grocery store was not the best idea.  I also was guilty of changing the dogs food when something was on sale.  I was making all the mistakes that we are all warned about as dog owners.

She knows this is the good stuff!

I now only buy my dogs food at Petsmart® and one of the reasons I do is because they carry my favorite dog food Wellness® Complete Health™.  The first time I went to Petsmart to start looking at other foods, I was greeted by friendly people who offered me solid advice about what was good for my dogs.

I think as dog owners so many of us don’t understand what a dog really needs from a dog food, most foods you buy at a big box store or grocery store are very heavy in the grain department, dogs do not need grains.  Our dogs need Protein Rich foods and Wellness Complete Health provides this.

No Grains in here!!

If you have a dog that you have fed a non premium dog food to, you probably have noticed that your dog poops a lot more and that they might even have a lot of itching or stomach upset, it is believed that corn and other grains can cause those problems.  When I switched Bella to Wellness Complete Health, I did spend a little more on food, but I noticed that I spent less money on conditioners for her skin, I spent less time cleaning up from her having an upset stomach. I also worried less because I knew she was eating a wholesome food. The difference in her behavior and health was worth the extra money and time it takes to go to Petsmart and buy Wellness.  I wont go back to my old habits of buying my dog food at a grocery store, from now on it is #GrainFreeForMe!

Its important to find a dog food company that does conscious ingredient sourcing with the highest quality standards, that also includes pre & probiotics, all of these things are important to the quality of your dog food.

Starting July 6th through the end of the month, Complete Health™ Grain Free recipes are $2.00 off at PetSmart®. This gives you a great incentive to take the #GrainFreeForMe challenge and try this great food for your pets.  You can read even more about Wellness Complete Health at their website and follow them on their social media channels listed below.

I’m amazed at all the grainfree options at PetSmart, I do wish there were better foods like Wellness in grocery stores, it’d make shopping more convenient, but it’s still easy to keep up an interesting rotational diet with exclusively grain free kibbles!
