I received a variety of The Invisible Chef baking mixes to review earlier in the month, nine in all. I love to bake from scratch most of the time, but working keeps me busy, It’s hard to find the time to do this during the week. I am now on vacation starting today, so this morning I was up pretty early preparing to bake some of the holiday kits I received, the Red Velvet Cupcake mix and Chocolate Peppermint Tea Cake. Preparation was very easy.
Most of the kits only require a few additional fresh ingredients to add such as butter, eggs or oil. Each kit has simple clear instructions, and some kits have Chef Tips on the box. The packaging is very attractive. A variety of quick breads, scones, brownies, bars, pancakes, waffles and tea cakes can be purchased on the website.Invisible Chef uses the finest all natural ingredients. I hope to try all of them in the coming weeks.
The smell of chocolate and peppermint filled my kitchen this morning when I was baking. The cupcake and tea cake kits only took a few minutes to mix from start to finish. I only spent an hour in the kitchen. I love the convenience of The Invisible Chef products. Tomorrow I am going to get up early and make the Cranberry Spice Scones for breakfast… I can’t wait! My sister will be visiting this week for Christmas, and I know she will love the goodies!I would like to thank Invisible Chef for sending me a generous amount of baking mixes to review. They make great Christmas or birthday gifts, perfect to share with the entire family. The Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting are my favorite.
