When I was asked to do this review I really had to think about it. Taking a different probiotic that what I normally take was not an easy decision but, I figured I would never know unless I tried.
I liked these better. I was finally able to stop taking my daily antacid pill and I have had more regularity than ever before. The things that shocked me when I started taking them was how much more energy i felt. I felt clean inside, which may not make much sense but the best way for me to describe it.
I felt more energy and like I had more motivation to get things done. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue so, feeling this extra boost was just what I needed.
I have not had an upset stomach and have had no acid reflux after starting to take these regularly. It took about 3 days for me to start feeling better, after that it was smooth sailing.
The best part was feeling good and not feeling sluggish and unenergetic. The pill is small and very easy to take and remember every day. I have taken powdered probiotics before and I did like these pills much better.
I think this would be a good choice if you have never taken a probiotic before and if you are thinking of changing to a different probiotic, I would definately give this one a try.
