When I decided to get greener with my time of the month over a year ago, I had no idea how much I would love the transition and how well my body would respond to it. I use to get horrible periods with days of intense cramping and a heavy flow, but since making the switch from chemical filled disposable menstrual products, to Pink Lemonade Shop pads, my cramping has been minimal and my periods have been a moderate to light flow.
