I was so excited to review the Frazoni Silicone Baking Mat.  This mat fits most cookie sheets and it fit my half sheet perfectly.

I love baking cookies, and I love to let my daughter bake cookies but, she has a tendency to get busy and forget there are cookies in the oven, which has ruined more than a few cookie sheets.  Having one of these mats has been a dream of mine and the Frazoni mat did not disappoint.

She made some simple chocolate cookie and the first batch was burned, I expected that but I was worried that she was going to ruin the mat I had just gotten for review.   To my surprise not only did the mat not get ruined but, the cookies did not stick, I was pretty shocked.  I knew that the mats were supposed to work and I had heard from others that they did, but its one of those things that you never believe until you see it.

During the holidays I prefer to bake with parchment rather than greasing my baking sheets so that I don’t ruin cookies that I am giving as gifts. With with this Frazoni Silicone Baking Mat, I wont have to do that anymore, I can simply use this and enjoy no stick baking.

The mat was easy to clean and took seconds to wash it down with soapy water and store it with my cookie sheets.

The only problem I see is that I only have one! I will have to start buying more throughout the year to make baking easier.

I loved how I was able to pull the cookies off to cool much quicker wich made the baking time much shorter, my daughter baked them one dozen at a time, but it only took a little more than an hour for 5 dozen or so.  Now that I have used the Frazoni Silicone Mat I wont bake cookies without it.
