You can put one large portion and two small portions of foods into one of them, so it could be a sandwich and some fruit and yogurt in another and then even some granola in the other one.  The fact that they all stay separated is important so that you don’t get soggy things that are supposed to be crunchy, or different flavors mixing that are not supposed to.

When you are using containers like this you want to make sure that nothing is too hot, always let things cool down a bit.  

It’s great to put in the diaper bag with snacks for our toddlers and keeps them fresh, and our 3-year-old can open it herself and get her and the baby a snack.  Probably too easily.  

If you need food packed up often or you need it handy in your fridge for lunch or leftovers these are perfect for that use.
