This is a promotional post for Nature’s Path. Opinions are my own

For 30 years Nature’s Path has brought us natural grains and cereals that began in their restaurant in Canada. Now as they celebrate the past 3 decades of this organic brand, they want to share the celebration with you! Have fun with the recipe below and then below that, you can enter to win a prize pack from Nature’s Own!

Nature’s Path Easy Cornflake-Crusted Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts (I used a Lemon-Pepper Seasoned breast or you can season on your own)
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 3 C Nature’s Path Corn Flakes (fruit juice sweetened)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tsp Water
Season your chicken breasts as you desire with salt, pepper, other spices. mix melted butter and crushed cornflakes in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, beat egg and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in cornflake mixture. Coat well. Extra cornflake mixture can be patted on top of chicken before baking for extra coating.
Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

1 lucky reader will win a Nature’s Own prize pack. Includes 3 boxes of Nature’s Path granola/cereals, (3) free product coupons and 1 year subscription to the new Organic Life magazine. Enter below-ends on 6/23. Open to Canada & US. Good luck!
