I have been drinking coffee every day for a long time and it seems like there is always something new and different and a more in way to have coffee. I just love a good cup of coffee.
When I was sent the Ninja Coffee Bar to review I was a little taken aback by everything that it had to offer, honestly I thought it was just another drip coffee maker when I first saw it. Boy, was I ever wrong.
The Ninja Coffee Bar can make one cup of coffee right into your mug, a travel mug, it can make a full carafe of coffee, it can make a half a carafe of coffee and can make iced coffee, and even makes a concentrated espresso type of brew for you to make all of your specialty drinks with. Simply amazing.
I always wanted a pod single serve coffee machine and it was great when I first got it, but after a while I realized just how expensive it is to use daily with three people drinking coffee. It was quick but, let’s be honest it is very limiting. Most of the coffee cups are too weak for my tastes, some of the flavors are just a little too out there for me, and if you have company you are spending a lot of time making everyone a cup of coffee.
With the Ninja Coffee Bar you can make great coffee for a crowd in minutes and make one cup if it’s just you in the morning. It has a permanent filter so you don’t have to worry about buying paper ones, and you can make your coffee as strong or as weak as you like. The water reservoir also easily comes out so you can fill it with water at the sink, no more water all over the counter when you miss the top of the coffee maker.
I grew up in a time where coffee bars and stores were all the rage so I got used to a pretty strong cup of coffee, my Dad and my grandmother prefer a coffee that is much weaker and mild, this machine lets me do both of those things easily. There is a setting directly on the machine that you can push Rich Brew or Classic Brew so even if you are all drinking the same type of coffee it can be brewed easily to please any palette.
My daughter likes to make iced coffee in with the Ninja Coffee Bar and she puts a full glass of ice under the brewer and hits over ice and the coffee is fresh but does not melt the ice. Its a great way to have coffee for all kinds of weather.
I loved the little extras that this machine came with as well, we got an instant frother, a travel mug that is insulated and fits perfectly with the machine, not to mention a great recipe book that has a ton of fun recipes. I am still finding all of the little and great things this coffee bar does and I have yet to be disappointed, you wont be either, you can pick them up on the website here and read more about it.
