Welcome to Summer Beauty Event, featuring Shielo. Brought to you by Lisa at Coffee, Cats & Retail
Those of us prone to frizzy hair know all too well that the summer’s heat and humidity only aggravate this unfortunate condition. I’ve found most products, from expensive to affordable, that claim to treat frizzy hair only manage to weight it down. This makes my hair appear dirty as if I hadn’t washed it for some time. That’s not exactly the look I’m going for.
This summer Shielo rescued my hair from being stuck in a bun.
I’ve always been impressed with their line of premium hair products that contain certified organic ingredients and are free of the junk found in most hair products on the market. And now I’m finding their new smoothing line of hair products to be indispensable in the summer’s heat and humidly.
Pictured above: Smoothing Shampoo, Smoothing Conditioner and Intensive Hair Mask
I’ve been alternating between using the Smoothing Conditioner and the hair mask. Both of which are fantastic. The biggest benefit is that my hair is not only soft and manageable, but bouncy as well. . I’m able to straighten my hair and give it that salon-quality look in a matter of minutes. Not something I had been able to achieve on my own. When my hair does get damp from working out or getting caught in the rain; such was the case last week, it remains soft and I’m actually seeing waves as opposed to frizz. This is a big plus for me since swimming is my favorite summer activity. Shielo has always worked wonders for my hair, but this is without a doubt my pick for summer-induced frizz.

June 30, 2016 at 3:49 pmI’ve been having the worst issues with my hair lately. I have some gray and it’s curly and frizzy and my other hair is fine and straight. I never know what to do with it.

June 30, 2016 at 12:29 pmMy hair is very long & I definately love styling it, however it tends to get oily quickly…especially the roots. I would love to find a product that works well with my hair.

June 24, 2016 at 5:40 pmI have very thick, curly hair that is very dry and can get frizzy. I have always used a lot of products on my hair to keep my curls soft and conditioned. I like to baby my hair and I always try to use the best products on it.

June 21, 2016 at 5:04 amI think I would most benefit from the conditioner and hair mask. I color my hair and my hair is naturally curly, so, I end up with the dry frizzies. Hair masks seem to help the most. But, I do not like conditioners that weigh my hair down and make it flat I like full bouncy hair!

June 20, 2016 at 5:10 pmMy hair has really changed over the last couple of years and I have not yet found new hair products that do what I need them to yet. I am especially interested in trying the Sheilo hair mask.
