I know sometimes it is very difficult to get the bible, the language can be hard to manage and it can also be hard even to grasp the relationships and how they all fit together.
Children trying to do this have even more trouble than adults. I was so glad to receive The Beginner’s Bible to review for the kids.
Someone has read one story a day to them and trying to explain the stories as they come. The Beginners Bible makes it so easy to capture the attention of younger kids and showing them the basic stories that are in the bible.
I was pretty impressed with how simple the language was and how it covered major events simply yet completely. The kids understood enough to ask questions like, “Why did he part the red sea?”, “How did he do that?” I think if you are reading a book to a child and they are asking questions, they are getting the concept and paying attention to what you are reading to them!
With new vibrant three-dimensional art and compelling text, more than 90 Bible stories come to life. If you have a kid under 6 this would make a great gift for them. They will understand and enjoy the stories, and illustrations. The Beginners Bible was named the 2006 Retailers Choice Award winner in Children’s Nonfiction. Kids ages 6 and under will enjoy the fun illustrations of Noah helping the elephant onto the ark, Jonah praying inside the fish, and more.
The Beginners Bible was named the 2006 Retailers Choice Award winner in Children’s Nonfiction. If you want your children or grandchildren to know the stories of the bible or even if you want to use this Bible to enhance things that they are already learning at Sunday School or church, this is an awesome choice. The stories are easy to find and skim through so you can easily find stories that fit any situation.
You can find this Bible at Amazon and if you would like to read more about it go here to this website.
