Cardiovascular disease or CVD is one of the most dangerous health issue parents can face. The health risks alone are terrifying; the thought of not being able to provide care to our children is even scarier. For moms and dads, taking good care of the heart is critically important. The University of Arizona recently compiled a detailed infographic on cardiovascular disease. From different studies and research, we know that the main causes of a heart attack are still high blood pressure, smoking and a lack of exercise.
Bad diet and an abnormal blood glucose level – commonly found in those with diabetes – could also cause serious heart problems that may lead to a heart attack. All of these potential issues can be solved by exercising for at least 30 minutes every day and assuming a healthier lifestyle.
