Remember back in January when you are all gung-ho about the new year and all of the great changes you were going to make? I sure do. How are you doing with the resolutions you made now?  I know that at least 70 percent of my resolutions are already broken and gone.

One that I am working really hard on is eating healthy and getting moving.  I was recently asked by Jamba Juice Veggie and Fruit smoothies to review a couple of their products and I was so glad that I did.

These smoothies are an easy way to get your fruits and veggies in without having to work too hard at it.  All you need is your blender, some juice and the smoothie kit.

After you make this smoothie the best part is not only does it taste good, it provides some much-needed fiber, is low-calorie and very portable.  The package you buy makes two 8 ounce smoothies, and I have found that sometimes that is not quite enough for me, but the package is perfect for Destini and I to share.  I give her a sippy cup half full and she can easily take it with us, and I get the rest in one of my re usable bottles.

I found that it was very helpful when she wanted something sweet, but I really wanted her to have something healthy.  Not only did I make a resolution to make sure I ate healthier but, I made a resolution that she was eating healthier and getting more veggies and fruits into her diet every day.

With over 90 percent of resolutions being broken by now, I love how easy this is to help keep.  It helps me feel better, eat better and feed my family better.

They are so easy to keep in your freezer and just make up anytime you are ready.

green_fusionred_fusionThe Jamba Fruit and Veggie at home smoothies come in three flavors, Blue Fusion, which is blueberry, banana, apple, blackberry, carrot, broccoli and spinach, with nonfat yogurt and you can add any juice you would like, we chose apple so it did not take over the flavors.  Green Fusion which is sweet but has a little more substance, it is green apple, mango, pineapple, kiwi, banana, broccoli, spinach and spirulina, I know when you first read that you might think its awful, but it really was great tasting, finally they have a Red Fusion which includes red raspberry, strawberry, dark sweet cherry, purple carrot and sweet potato.

I love that the Jamba Smoothies contain fruits and veggies and that they are delicious and so portable.  Looks like one more resolution we get to keep!
