I have a four-year old that is still obsessed with everything Frozen, she just loves the story, and loves all of the characters. She still sings the song, “Do you wanna build a snowman”, on a daily basis.
I was so excited to see that Frozen had its TV premiere on The Disney Channel last Sunday, it was nice to have all of us able to watch it in the comfort of our own home as a family.
There are quite a few new toys that are out now that are a step above any of the toys we have had before. The new Elsa and Anna dolls have been played with non stop here, and I tell you I am still Anna, and Destini gets to play Elsa, we have so many adventures with those dolls, she even pretended that her Elsa doll was singing during the movie on Sunday night!!
Frozen is one of those movies that really lets girls relate to being girls, to being a princess and even a queen and how much power and responsiblity that it takes, it is not always just fun. I just love that the story is also all about sisters and their journey together through hard times and in making things right without giving up on each other.
Kids love to have toys that represent the movies and characters. When Destini plays with The Sleigh Ride toy it is my favorite to listen to her do the voice of Sven the way she hears it in her head. It is amazing what an imagination kids have when they are just given the characters that are exact replicas to play with, they come up with all sorts of the “story”.
If you have a Frozen fan like I do you have to check out the latest & greatest dolls and playsets from Hasbro’s new Frozen collection. With updated sculpts, costume detailing and packaging, Anna and Elsa are more realistic than ever to their original film likeness!
